About Us
The Hilltop is unique.
We are a small family run restaurant and hotel
situated in the village of Stansted near the
world-famous Brands Hatch motor racing circuit
in West Kingsdown, Kent. We are well placed
close to the motorway networks, providing easy
access to various places of interest nearby, you
will however need your own transport.
It is hard to define our true character. Some
would say we are a restaurant with rooms, others
a private club. Whatever we are to you we can
assure you of a friendly welcome. We provide
clean and comfortable two star accommodation
with surroundings offering an interesting mix of
eclectic decor.
We are an ideal base for those on a short stay,
visiting or working in the area. Those who are
hosting or guests invited to an occasion being
celebrated “in house” at the Hilltop will find
us the perfect venue.

Location
The Hilltop Hotel is
situated on the main A20 road between Wrotham and West
Kingsdown.
From the M20 leaving London take exit
2. Turn left at the roundabout marked A20 Brands Hatch,
then take the first right to Stansted.
From Maidstone/Folkestone take exit 3
off the M20, then 2a towards Wrotham/Gravesend. Follow
signs for Brands Hatch A20 until you come to a right
turn for Stansted.
Nearest rail station is Borough Green
and Wrotham station, providing travel to and from London
Victoria in under an hour about 3 miles in distance
away. Swanley station is a little further away in the
opposite direction.
Nearby attractions/locations (by car) include:
Bluewater Shopping Centre, Brands Hatch, Ightham Mote,
Knole House, Leeds Castle, Sevenoaks and Ebbsfleet
International station.
